2024 GDRV Owners Capital Rally

RALLY REGISTRATION IS OPEN.  

REGISTRATION/PURCHASE PROCESS:

Step 1: Reserve your resort site with Cherry Hill Park by calling the concierge on (240)484-8917.

The concierge. Cathy, is available Thursday through Monday during normal business hours. The concierge is NOT available on Tuesdays or Wednesdays. If the telephone line is busy, or you get voicemail, please leave a message informing the concierge you want to attend the Grand Design rally. PLEASE BE PATIENT, LAST YEAR THE CALL VOLUME TEMPORARILY KNOCKED CHERRY HILL PARK'S PHONE SYSTEM OFF LINE.  The resort will call you back, in the order of the calls received to complete your booking. We have one contact at the resort, Cathy, taking all rally calls, so please be patient with this process. It may take a few days for the resort to return your call. Please have your RV and Tow Vehicle license plate information available when speaking with the resort.

Once you have reserved your site at Cherry Hill Park, CHP will email you a confirmation letter and confirmation number. You must have your Cherry Hill Park confirmation number available when you purchase your rally ticket in Step 2, below. You can not purchase a rally ticket without having a confirmation number from Cherry Hill Park.

Step 2: Cherry Hill Park (CHP) will confirm directly to us that you have a camp spot for the rally.  We will then email you the link to purchase your Eventbrite rally ticket. $105 + Eventbrite fees =$113.89. Includes 2 adults and up to 2 children per rig. Purchase only purchase one (1) ticket.

When purchasing your ticket in Eventbrite and answering the registration questions, please use the same email you provided to Cherry Hill Park.  It should match the email to which we sent your registration link.  

You will need the info below to answer two of the registration questions:

A: Cherry Hill Park confirmation number available. The confirmation number should follow a format of "#00000 " (or some combination like this).

B. Your Grand Design RV Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) . You can find this on your registration card, your insurance card or on the driver's side label on the RV itself. Grand Design requires this info for their records from the event.

Join your wagon masters, Patti and Donald Stramer, to celebrate the 5th official Grand Design RV Owners Capital Rally!  Once again, we’re returning to the premier camping destination in the Washington, DC area--Cherry Hill Park !

The rally kicks off Wednesday, October 16th and closes Sunday morning, October 20th.

During the rally, enjoy

Rally site rates are available Tuesday, October 15th through Tuesday October 22nd. Come early or stay later and socialize with your fellow owners. Enjoy Cherry Hill Park's top-notch amenities. Take advantage of easy-to-use transportation that departs right from the campground and tour the area on your own before or after the rally.

RALLY PRICING:

1: Cherry Hill Park (CHP): All resort base rates include up to 6 people and 1 vehicle. These rates apply beginning Tuesday 10-15-24 and expire after Tuesday 10-22-24. If arriving or departing outside of these dates, please request pricing from the concierge when booking.

• Standard back-in sites: $88.02/ per night. Each standard back-in site comes with 30/50 amp electric, sewer, water, cable TV, free WiFi, fire ring and a picnic table. Accommodates rigs up to 40'
• Premium back-in sites: $111/per night (upgrade over standard back-in sites) 30/50 amp electric, sewer, water, cable TV, free WiFi, fire ring, brick patio w/ wrought-iron furniture and charcoal grill.
• Premium pull-through sites: Rates begin at $126/night. Resort will confirm pricing when you book your site. Each premium pull-through site comes with 30/50 amp electric, sewer, water, cable TV, free WiFi, brick patio, wrought iron furniture, and charcoal grill. Accommodates rigs up to 60' total length.
• Golf carts: CHP has a very limited number of golf carts available to rent. If you need a cart, please ask for pricing from the concierge and reserve it when you reserve your RV site. Private golf carts are permitted. Please check with the resort rules regarding private carts. There is parking available near the pavilion where the seminars and meals take place. Golf cart shuttles to events will also be available.

2: Eventbrite Rally Ticket: $105 + Eventbrite fees (TOTAL: $113.89)

Includes 2 adults and up to 2 children (17 years old and under)* Only one Eventbrite ticket required. If you have additional adults or children traveling with you in your rig, please let the wagon masters know by sending an email to [email protected]. Additional fees to cover meals may be required. Due to limited seating, outside guests of attendees will not be allowed into rally events.

REFUNDS:

• Cherry Hill Park (CHP) collects a 1-night deposit at the time of booking; remaining balances are automatically processed to the card on file 7 days prior to the arrival date. Guests booking within 7 days of their arrival date must pay the total cost of their stay at the time of booking. In the event of a cancellation, the 1-night deposit is kept on the guest's account for future use with no cancellation fee or expiration date. Any amounts paid in addition to the deposit are refunded back to the card on file. There are no direct refunds for the camp site deposit. Please see CHP’s website for any additional cancellation policies: CHP Cancel Information
• Eventbrite rally ticket refunds may be available if we can fill your spot from our wait list. Refunds DO NOT include Eventbrite's processing fees. NO EVENTBRITE REFUNDS FOR CANCELLATIONS AFTER FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 12, 2024.
