2025 GDRV Texas Spring Rally

Grand Design Rally Goers!  Just a quick update: REGISTRATION for the 2025 GDRV Texas Spring Rally will begin Saturday, September 28th, 2024 at 9:00 AM Central Time to help accommodate the folks on the West side of town. Make sure you have your Credit Card AND your VIN Number ready to go, as you will need those to register. TIP: Use Notepad in Windows to put your VIN and CC number in.  When asked, just copy and paste.  When done, just close Notepad without saving the file...

Ticket Update: As you know, registration begins Saturday at 9:00AM. Cost for a ticket is 410.00. This will include your rally ticket and accommodations for the duration of the event. Extra days will be available, but only after we have let you know it is ok to call the resort. We will be sending them information with the names of those that have registered. Details on guests, and how to will be posted tomorrow.

Once we go on sale, you will be able to purchase 1 General Owner Ticket. General Owner Tickets are good for 2 adults and up to 4 children 12 and under. Additional guests and/or children over the age of 12 will require a Guest Rally Ticket. Each General Owner Ticket also covers your RV Site for the duration of the rally starting April 24th through April 26th, 2025. Any additional days prior or after the rally will be the responsibility of each individual and the park. PLEASE DO NOT CALL THE PARK FOR EXTRA DAYS UNTIL NOTIFIED IT IS OK TO DO SO. We will be sending them an initial list with names, so they know who has registered. General Owner Tickets will include all rally related activities including seminars, and food as listed on the schedule. General Owner Ticket holders will receive 1 Swag Bag per rig.

There is some data that we need to have to send to Grand Design in order for them to check on recalls and safety issues. Most all of the questions are required, so please do not get frustrated with the process - we need the info. As mentioned in previous posts on facebook, please have your VIN and your credit card ready - Once you get through the questions and get to the payment page, you only have a few minutes to finalize your purchase.

Guest Rally Tickets will be available after General Owner ticket has been obtained via a code that will be emailed to the holder of the General Owner Ticket. Guests will be allowed to purchase up to 2 tickets per code. Guest Ticket holders must be registered as a guest or child over the age of 12 of a General Owner Ticket holder.

Guest Ticket holders are eligible to participate in all rally functions/dinners. Guest Ticket holders will not receive a Swag Bag.

Waitlist tickets are available when all General Owner Tickets have been sold. Waitlist tickets will be processed on a first come first serve basis as cancellations are submitted. Waitlist ticket holders will be notified by email and given a code with which to obtain a General Owner Ticket. Codes will only be available for 72 hours. Once that time has expired, the next person on the waitlist will have the same opportunity.
