Hi! We are Mike and Missy Cook from Delaware! We are proud to be Grand Design Influencers for the Momentum line! We are #GDRV4LIFE!!
A little back story on how we got here!! We bought our first ever camper at the Hershey RV show in September of 2017. What an overwhelming but eye opening experience to the RV life. We purchased a Salem by Forest River and quickly realized that it was not the camper for us. Six short months later and much You Tube binging, we fell into the Grand Design world and decided on the 315RLTS. We were fortunate enough to have an authorized dealer 20 miles from us and ordered a 2019 315RLTS, site unseen ,totally based on the reviews. We did look at many GD travel trailers and quickly recognized the quality and workmanship and knew that it was the brand for us now we just needed to find the layout and the 315 was the perfect couples camper for us!
We loved the floor plan and the storage, esp the bedroom closet!! Everything about it screams home to us!
As much as we loved our 315, the 5th wheel toy hauler was calling our name, so off to the Hershey show we went in September 2019 We had narrowed it down to the 395M or the 397TH. The wife loves the 395M living room space and the husband loves the 397TH storage. After the first day of looking at a few other maufacturers we knew that Grand Design was still our go to , now we just had to decide which floor plan. Thankfully Meyer's Rv had the 395M AND the 397TH on display at the show, now it was decision time. After a very long day and much "wheeling and dealing" we closed the deal on the 395M. Big Mo is now our official home!! She's a beauty for sure!
We have officially become FULL TIME RVers!! We hit the road April 2021!
We've even jumped on the You-Tube train documenting our travels and experiences! Check us out!!
If you see us out and about, come by for a beer, cigar and some conversation!!
