Purchased a new 380 FL R 12 days ago. Brought it home and the leveling system failed completely. Called GD, called Lippert, called Lazy Days = all no help. Still waiting for help. Brand new unit should not have a critical failure before even using the unit. All I heard was how good GD was and the assistance was outstanding. Not so for us. A huge disappointment. Already trying to figure out how to sell a new unit with a failed hydraulic system. And yes, I went through the entire diagnostic checks with Lippert and they told me to call around for someone to fix it. Lazy Days told me to call Lippert.
