The McConahay Kids

One of the main reasons we got into RVing several years ago was so that we could travel with our fur babies.  We were planning for retirement and wanted to do more traveling.  Our first trailer was a hybrid and met our needs before retirement when we could really only camp on the weekends.  So upon retiring we needed something that we could take anywhere.  Our imagine is not too big (so we can fit in some state parks and federal camping areas) but was big enough to accomodate our dogs (especially the aging ones).  We have the 2800BH and use the area under the bottom bunk as dog crate space by setting up a temporary door when we uipack our bicycles (the bottom bunk folds up for bike storage).

We started our younger puppies out camping right away and have been training them to be good nieghbors.  As with all Schnauzers, they do get a bit yappy and excited, especially when meeing friends.  Many of you have met our "kids" at rallies and regular camping.  They are good with adults, children and other dogs (once they get through the initial meeting).
