WHERE:  Evergreen RV Resort, Mount Eaton, Ohio


REGISTRATION OPENS:  Thursday, January 18th @ 7 PM Eastern. 

HOW:  Registration will be by E-mail on a first-come, first-served basis.  Admittance will be granted in order only to those whose emails are time-stamped at exactly 7:00 PM or after on Jan. 18, 2024.  The E-mail address is:   ohiogdrvrally @gmail.com 

You should provide ALL the following information in the Email before you hit SEND:

1) Names of attendees and how they want their names printed on name tags.

2) Contact phone number (Indicate if the number can receive text messages or not.)

3) Contact mailing address

4) Contact Email address to be used

5) Grand Design Brand, Model & Year (i.e. Reflection 337RLS & 2019)

6) RV VIN Number to verify you are a current Grand Design owner and to provide to the Grand Design Service Repair Tech Team to run for Recalls and Emergency Repairs.  (The VIN # will be 17 digits mixed with letters beginning with "573".  It is typically found on a yellow tag located on the edge of your main door inside your unit.  Also, it is usually found on your insurance and/or state registration.

7) What day you would be arriving and departing

8) Indicate if you would like to volunteer, and if so, how you would like to help.

Those who gain admittance will be notified by Email on the evening of Saturday, January 20th as to how to proceed with paying for registration and booking a campsite.  Likewise, those who did not make it into the rally will also be notified by E-mail at the same time and be asked if they wish to be placed on the waitlist.


COST: Event ticket is $125 (to be payable by check or Pay Pal) which covers 2 adults and 2 kids under 15 years old per coach.  Additional adults in the coach are $35 each, and extra kids are $20 each.  The ticket covers some food, prizes, rally activities, incidentals and some SWAG.  Camping costs will be paid directly to the campground. (Please do not try to reserve a campsite until rally admission has been achieved.  The campsites have been reserved in a block and will not be available without a special code which will be issued after admission is achieved.)  Last year's campsite rental rates were approximately $62/night with full hookups.

NOTE:  Please be aware that this is a very small rally, therefore is likely to sell out instantly.  With interest in rallies growing exponentially every year, the odds of making it in is in line with the number of people trying to get in.  The rally is located in a much slower paced setting of Amish Country and hope that you can embrace the simple and slower paced way of life of the Amish in waiting to hear back on Saturday evening.  We realize it will require your patience as we are "Old School" with our registration system.  We also ask that if you do not make it in, that you accept it with grace and perhaps ask to be on the waitlist.  Thank you.
