The rally has reached capacity and is currently sold out. Please use the link in Eventbrite to add yourself to the wait list. Once a spot becomes available, we will email you through Eventbrite and you will have 48 hours to make your reservation with Cherry Hill and purchase your corresponding rally ticket. Cancellations tend to pick up about a month before the rally but can happen at anytime. We've been able to accommodate almost everyone from the waitlist in years past. Do not be discouraged! The rally kicks off Thursday, October 12th and closes Sunday morning, October 15th.

  • Halloween fun--decorate your site contests, costume parade for all who would like to participate, kids trick or treat and a few other surprises. Who knows what can happen on Friday the 13th???

Discounted resort site rates are available to Grand Design owners attending the rally. The rates are available Tuesday, October 10th through Tuesday October 17th. Come early or stay later and socialize with your fellow owners. Enjoy Cherry Hill Park's top-notch amenities. Take advantage of easy-to-use transportation that departs right from the campground and tour the area on your own before or after the rally.


Rally ticket refunds for the event are not available, unless we can fill your spot from the wait list. Refunds will NOT include Eventbrite's processing fees. No refunds for cancellations after Friday, September 8, 2023.

Cherry Hill Park requires a non-refundable, non-transferable 1 night deposit to secure your camp site. This deposit stays on the guest account for future use. Cherry Hill Park will take final payment of each guest account between 2-7 days prior to arrival. Please see their website for any additional cancellation policies: CHP Cancel Information


Step 1: Reserve your resort site with Cherry Hill Park by calling the concierge on (240)484-8917 . The concierge is NOT available on Tuesdays or Thursdays. If the line is busy or you get voicemail, please leave a message informing the concierge you are attending the Grand Design rally. The resort will call you back, in the order of the calls received to complete your booking. We have one contact at the resort, taking all rally calls, so please be patient with this process. It may take a few days for the resort to return your call. Please have your RV and Tow Vehicle license plate information available when speaking with the resort.

All resort base rates include up to 6 people and 1 vehicle. These rates apply beginning 10-10-23 and expire after 10-17-23. If staying longer, please request pricing from the concierge when booking.

    • Standard back-in sites: $81.00. (40 total sites available between standard and premium back-in sites). Each standard back-in site comes with 30/50 amp electric, sewer, water, cable TV, free WiFi, fire ring and a picnic table. Accommodates rigs up to 40'
    • Premium back-in sites: $89.10 (upgrade over standard back-in sites) 30/50 amp electric, sewer, water, cable TV, free WiFi, fire ring, brick patio w/ wrought-iron furniture and charcoal grill.
    • Premium pull-through sites: $94.50 (15 total sites available). Each premium pull through site comes with 30/50 amp electric, sewer, water, cable TV, free WiFi, brick patio, wrought iron furniture, and charcoal grill. Accommodates rigs up to 60' total length.
    • Golf carts: There are a very limited number of golf carts available to rent. If you need a cart, please ask for pricing from the concierge and reserve it when you reserve your RV site. Private golf carts are permitted. Please check with the resort rules regarding private carts. There is parking available near the pavilion where the seminars and meals will take place. Golf cart shuttles to events will also be available.

Once you have reserved your site at Cherry Hill Park, the resort will email you a confirmation letter and confirmation number. You must have your confirmation number available when you purchase your rally ticket.

Step 2: Purchase your rally ticket

  • Rally Fee: $85 (Includes 2 adults and up to 2 children per rig*) Only purchase one (1) ticket.

*If you have additional adults or children traveling with you in your rig, please let the wagon masters know by sending an email to [email protected]. Additional fees to cover meals may be required. Due to limited seating, outside guests of attendees will not be allowed into rally events.

Before clicking the ticket box, have the following info available. You'll need it to answer two of the registration questions:

A: Cherry Hill Park confirmation number available. The confirmation number should follow a format of "#00000 " (or some combination like this).

B. Your Grand Design RV Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) . You can find this on your registration card, your insurance card or on the driver's side label on the RV itself. Grand Design requires this info for their records from the event.
