Welcome to one of the smallest rallies in the Grand Design Family. We are not fancy at all, but we are a very friendly group and look forward to meeting new people to welcome into our little family. When registering for the rally, please try to be understanding that we are not as technological as other rallies and operate on a much slower pace--much like most things in Amish Country. This keeps everything much simpler for us in this season of our lives.
To register for the rally: Email all requested registration information listed below to [email protected] NO EARLIER than 7PM March 2, 2023.
1) Number of and Names of all adults and children staying in rv during the rally (Adults=16 and older; children=15 and younger)
2) Number of and Names of all pets staying in your rv during the rally
3) Mailing Address
4) E-mail Address
5) Phone number(s) (Please indicate if texts can be received or not)
6) Grand Design Model, number, and year (ex.: Reflection 337RLS 2019)
7) VIN # (17 digit number & letter combo usually found inside the driver side bay or on the edge of the entry door of your unit)
Please gather all of this information ahead of time to send together at one time in your email registration. Incomplete entries may have to be automatically moved to the Wait List to allow individuals with correct and complete information to progress with registration. Entries with a time/date stamp before 7PM EST March 2, 2023 will not be accepted.
The list of names of those who made it into the rally will be sent to the campground. All who sent in registration e-mails will be notified by e-mail sometime on the following Saturday as to whether you made it in or if you are on the WaitList. (We hope you are patient and understanding as your host still has a full time job and has to manage these emails on the weekend. Eventually we will evolve.)
When you are notified that you made it into the rally, you will be given the okay to call the campground and given a reservation code to reserve a site in the rally sites being held. You will also be given a 2 week period to mail your registration fee check ($125) to the wagon master. The $125 registration fee covers 2 adults + 2 children (15 and under) in each unit. Any additional adults (16 and older) are $35 per person, and each additional child (15 and under) are $20 each. You will be responsible for paying for your own campsite rental. Campsite rental is $63 or less per night (depending on your length of stay.) All campsites have full hook ups with 30/50amp service.
Once all information and fees are received, your registration is considered complete. Those on the waitlist will not be given a reservation code or be asked to mail a registration fee until moving from the waitlist to the rally list.
If you are on the waitlist, and at any point your plans change where you wouldn't be able to make it to the rally, please send an email asking to be removed from the WaitList. This eliminates a lot of wasted wait time to contact someone who is ready and waiting to get in to the rally.
With that said, we can promise to refund all cancellations fully up to two weeks before the rally. Please understand though, that any cancellations made closer to the rally than that, the money has already been used and probably won't be able to be refunded at that point. Thank you for your understanding.
