MINIBEER 43

This cream-topped shooter is a classic Licor 43 serve.  Make on your next camping trip to impress your friends. 

INGREDIENTS

• Licor 43


• heavy cream

METHOD

1. Chill a bottle of Licor 43 in the freezer and, when it’s nice and cold, pour a single measure into your shot glass.


2. Carefully top the shot with cream; you can even use a spoon to make layering a little easier.
