Campfire Cookie S'Mores

Switch the cracker for a cookie and give your S'Mores extreme flavor and tempting style. Get those super large marshmallows slow-roasting and then bring out the cookies and pass them around: Peanut butter cookies get a swipe of chocolate hazelnut spread, chocolate chip cookies are topped with seedless raspberry jam, molasses cookies go well with lemon curd and snickerdoodles go over the top with a layer of cookie butter. Press two cookies over the roasted marshmallow, pull, and devour every gooey bite!




Ingredients



  •  3/4 cup chocolate-hazelnut spread (such as Nutella®)

  • Nutella Chocolate Hazelnut Spread 26.5 Oz

  • 12 peanut butter cookies

  • 6 jumbo marshmallows

  • Spread 1 tablespoon chocolate hazelnut spread onto the bottom of each peanut butter cookie.

  • Skewer a marshmallow and turn slowly over a campfire or grill until roasted on the outside and soft and melted in the center, 2 to 3 minutes.

  • Place roasted marshmallow on top of 1 cookie, chocolate-hazelnut spread-side up; cover with another cookie, chocolate-hazelnut spread-side down. Press together to grasp the marshmallow and pull out the skewer.
