Well our big trip plans with our good camping friends to the East Coast was completely changed by Hurricane Florence. Luckily there was plenty of advanced notice and we did not even head to Mrtyle Beach after seeing the news of how it was shiftinh farther south and slowing down. One of the good things about owning our Imagine trailer is that we just changed our plans (twice). So we ended up staying in Indiana and visited two nice places (Wander Indiana). The first being what has turned out to be our home camping spot at Cornerstone Campground and Retreat Center in New Castle Indiana.
We then traveled to the northern part of the state to Prophetstown State Park. About the time we arrived at Prophetstown, the intense summer heat broke and we had perfect campfire weather the rest of the vacation.
All in all it turned out to be a good vacation with great friends.
