The rally kicks off  Thursday, September 29, 2022 and closes Sunday morning, October 2, 2022.

• Early Halloween fun--decorate your site contests, costume parade for all who would like to participate, kids trick or treat and a few other surprises
• Purchase a customized tour taking you and your fellow Grand Design owners on an adventure to see our nation's capital attractions. (Tour subject to any restrictions in place at time of rally)

Discounted resort site rates are available to Grand Design owners attending the rally. The rates are available Tuesday, September 27th through Tuesday October 4th 2022.  Come early or stay later and socialize with your fellow owners. Enjoy Cherry Hill Park's top-notch amenities. Take advantage of easy-to-use transportation that departs right from the campground and tour the area on your own before or after the rally.

RALLY TICKET REFUNDS:  Rally ticket refunds for the event are not available, unless we can fill your spot from the wait list.  Refunds will NOT include Eventzilla's processing fees.  No refunds for cancellations after Friday, August 26, 2022.  Cherry Hill Park requires a non-refundable, non-transferable 1 night deposit to secure your camping spot.  Please see their website for any additional cancellation policies:  https://tinyurl.com/CHP-Cancel-Info

To obtain your Cherry Hill Park resort site and to purchase your rally ticket, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Reserve your resort site with Cherry Hill Park.

All resort base rates include up to 6 people and 1 vehicle. 

• Standard back-in sites: $76.50. (40 total sites available between standard and premium back-in sites). Each standard back-in site comes with 30/50 amp electric, sewer, water, cable TV, free WiFi, fire ring and a picnic table. Accommodates rigs up to 40'
• Premium back-in sites:  $85.50 (upgrade over standard back-in sites) 30/50 amp electric, sewer, water, cable TV, free WiFi, fire ring, brick patio w/ wrought-iron furniture and charcoal grill.
• Premium pull-through sites: $89.10 (15 total sites available). Each premium pull through site comes with 30/50 amp electric, sewer, water, cable TV, free WiFi, brick patio, wrought iron furniture, and charcoal grill. Accommodates rigs up to 60' total length.
• Golf carts: There are a very limited number of golf carts available to rent (approx $75/day)  If you need a cart, reserve it when you reserve your RV site.  Private golf carts are permitted. Please check with the resort rules regarding private carts. There is parking available near the pavilion where the seminars and meals will take place.   Golf cart shuttles to events will be available.

Call the resort's concierge line at (240) 484-8917.  Please leave a message letting them know you are registering for the Grand Design rally.  Include your name and your email address.  Indicate the type of site you wish to reserve, length of your RV and arrival/departure dates.

The resort will call you back to complete your reservation and email your booking number.  Please note the concierge is not available on Tuesdays or Thursdays.  It may take several business days to receive your call back.  During testing it also appears the booking confirmation email can take several hours after your call from the resort to arrive.  PLEASE HAVE PATIENCE WITH THIS PROCESS.  We continue to experience short staffing and the employees are doing their utmost in difficult times.  If you run into any difficulties, please email us at [email protected] and we will follow up with the resort.     

You will receive an booking number in the confirmation email from the resort after successful registration.   Please have your booking number available when you purchase your rally ticket.

Step 2: Purchase your rally ticket

Purchase your Eventzilla ticket.  Please use the same email address you provided to Cherry Hill Park. 

• Rally Fee: $75+ Eventzilla Fee (Includes 2 adults and up to 2 children per rig*)

826885ail.com. Additional fees to cover meals may be required. Due to limited seating, outside guests of attendees will not be allowed into rally events.

You will need the following info to answer two of the registration questions:

• Cherry Hill Park booking number.  The booking number will follow a 4 or 5 digit numerical format, example:  BOOKING #1234.  
• Your Grand Design RV Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) available. You can find this on your registration card, your insurance card or on the driver's side label on the RV itself. Grand Design requires this info for their records from the event.

Once you have your rally ticket, you are all set!  Watch this site for updated rally schedules, info on the bus tour, etc. You will also find the rally on the GDRV4LIFE Rally Calendar
