GDRV's program to reduce repair times for customers featured in RV News cover story

"Grand Design RV is aspiring to change the industry."

That's the opening line of the cover story in the March issue of RV News Magazine, featuring Grand Design RV.

The article's focus is on GDRV's Accufast RV Parts Network, a first of its kind iniative to speed up the delivery time of warranty parts to dealers and ultimately shorten the delays in repairs for a customer.

"We recognize that any 'downtime' for our owners has the potential to send a negative message for not only the customers but can equate to a negative preception of the RV lifestyle," Grand Design RV President and CEO Don Clark said in the article. "Our goal from the beginning was to take Grand Design's ability to deal with the inefficiencies of the parts delivery process and hopefully advance the industry standard."

The program is a 24-hour dock-to-door delivery of critically-needed repair parts.

Joining Clark on the cover photo areGrand Design RV Chief Financial Officer Cam Boyer and Vice President of Service Operations Jerry McCarthy. McCarthy is spearheading the project.
